Dr. Brandt works from a practical result-focused approach. Her style involves identifying factors that are keeping the client stuck and assisting with finding solutions around those issues. Coaching focuses on current issues and what creates those roadblocks to movement. Dr. Brandt uses a variety of tools to assist the client in moving forward including education, skills training, testing and interviews with outside sources. Dr. Brandt does not focus on past life issues unless they are directly related to current issues in functions.
